This website describes the TruthLayer platform and lets you contact us. Its content is general information about our product and approach — it is not legal, compliance, financial, or professional advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance. Regulatory obligations (including under CPS 230) depend on your circumstances; take your own advice.

The platform is a separate agreement

The TruthLayer platform — including pilot programmes — is provided only under a separate written agreement (a pilot agreement or master services agreement) between TruthLayer and the customer. Nothing on this website forms part of that agreement, and submitting an enquiry form creates no contract for platform services.

No warranty on content

We work to keep the content of this site accurate and current, but it is provided on an “as is” basis and we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, or up to date at any given moment.

Acceptable use

In using this site, you must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure, or its form endpoint.
• Submit forms by automated means, or attempt to circumvent rate limiting or anti-bot verification.
• Use the site to transmit malware or any unlawful, misleading, or infringing material.
• Scrape or harvest content or contact details for unsolicited communications.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, graphics, diagrams, and the TruthLayer name — is owned by TruthLayer or its licensors. You may view the site and share links to it; you may not reproduce its content for commercial purposes without written permission. Open-source components we publish (such as ledger-verify) are governed by their own licences.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TruthLayer is not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
